Join us for a supportive and empowering session that begins with a warm welcome and a guided introduction to pelvic wellness. The educational talk and discussion will be led by Sarah Kheirallah — Midwife, Osteopath, Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Specialist, Acupuncturist, and Hypnotherapist. She’ll guide you through essential insights and simple, effective exercises to build pelvic awareness and connection.
We’ll then flow into a specially tailored stretch session led by Sara Varady, a stretch therapist and mindfulness and meditation teacher. Originally from Hungary and trained around the world — including in Spain, China, Scotland, and England — Sara brings a unique and intuitive approach to movement. Her class focuses on the pelvis and hips, with stretches designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support core stability. Pelvic floor cues will be gently woven throughout to help you embody what you’ve learned.
Every participant will receive a thoughtfully curated goodie bag filled with high-quality wellness items, including a therapy band, exercise ball, natural lubricant, organic skincare sample, and a rose quartz gemstone — perfect for continuing your self-care journey at home.
